A visual summary for your event
Graphic recording is an effective technique for visualising ideas, discussions and concepts. A graphic recorder translates the spoken word into metaphors, illustrations and text in real time. Graphic recording is therefore a very effective way of making information more memorable and then sharing it with others!
I am a freelance graphic recorder and illustrator from Berlin. For my work, I use my knowledge from my studies in media psychology (M.A.) and my time in a media agency as well as my years of experience in working with great clients.
I am passionate about learning, (science) communication and creativity and love that every project is different: developing visualisations together that make complex topics tangible and understandable is my passion.
When I'm not visualising processes, I spend my free time with the German Red Cross as a paramedic or in nature - often with pen and paper.
1. FIRST CONTACT
We will get to know each other in an initial meeting: Where does graphic recording or visual facilitation fit in with your event? How can participants take away as much as possible? I will write you an offer that perfectly suits your event.
2. BRIEFING
Once the planning for your event has been finalised, we talk in detail about your ideas and the implementation on site or in remote graphic recording. But also which participants are on site and how you would like to use the illustration at the end is an important part of this briefing.
We also look at your colours, logos and the general style and visual language. After all, the result should suit your project!
3. EVENT
At your analogue or digital event, I record the key messages. At the end, I summarise the results again via screenshare or on site on the projector, which rounds off the day and brings the most important points of the day back to the minds of the participants.
4. EXPORT AND USAGE RIGHTS
After the event, I will send you the result as a PDF and JPG (or in other formats, depending on your wishes) and you can use it immediately. The graphic recording is ideal for use on your website, in presentations, but also in printed form on flyers, postcards, leporellos etc.

Graphic recording is a method of creating visual summaries at events that capture the key points of what was discussed in a visually appealing way. Graphic recording is created parallel to the event and is usually completed when the event comes to an end. The results will then be briefly presented, thus creating a well-rounded conclusion to the event.
Since graphic recording is created parallel to the event, the results are also ready at the end of the event and can be sent by email as an image file or PDF. I can also offer to present what has been created so far during the day, for example after the lunch break at a day event. This is a good way to overcome the midday slump and get straight back into the topics!
Graphic recording is ideal wherever information is valued. Whenever people get together and discuss important topics, it is useful to summarize the results in a graphic recording. These can be topics that are discussed in panel discussions, company-internal development processes as a workshop or one-hour webinars that focus on one topic. Please feel free to contact me and we will find the perfect way to work together for your event!
When presenting the results, all participants can look at the visualizations at the same time via the projector, as I can zoom in digitally. During a discussion, there is also the option of showing the graphic recording on a screen in the background so that participants can follow the development. This doesn't distract but ensures enhanced interaction with the content of your event and also creates the opportunity to link the content in panel discussions or workshops. And the results - as a complete work or selected small scenes - can then be shared immediately as a PDF or image file and sent via email or airdrop.
Yes, Graphic Recording can be used both on-site and remotely. Especially when discussing something together online, graphic recording creates a reliable point of collaboration and keeps the participants on the screen until the end for a short summary. And once you have closed the video conference, you still have a shared visual result to continue working with.
